Return & Refund Policy

At EMC Wholesale, we value customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our business. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are not automatic. Each case will be reviewed by our quality assurance team.

• A refund will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after review.

• If the product does not meet return conditions, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Exclusions

• Customized or branded products (printing, embroidery, or alterations) are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

• Clearance or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Important Notes

• This policy is effective immediately and applies to all orders placed from 31 August 2026 onwards.

• EMC Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
